I'm John. I started the forum and matrix channel to openly share my experiments in food. Since I was little I took stuff apart to see how it works and as my love for cooking grew I knew that I was going to want to play with the big toys.
Funds and desires dont often match so here I am trying to build what I cant buy and explore every technique I can to enhance flavor and create, if not unique, interesting foods. Hope you'll join me in my quest and we make some cool stuff together.
